HEAT SENSITIVE TABLE COPOLYMER FOR AUTO SCREEN PRINTING MACHINE
Polixresin HA series is a heat-sensitive type table adhesive for textile printing.
So it has no tackiness at room temperature.
Although, when apply heat over 50℃ to Polixresin HA series film by heat roller, material to be printed can be adhered on to Polixresin HA film.

【Type】
Polixresin HA series is produced as two types. Selection of correct type will be determined by thickness of fabric to be printed and temperature of surface of the printing table or blanket.

【Instructions for use】
Before coating :
Remove moisture, dirt, oil, etc. from the surfaces of printing tables, printing machines, digital printing machine bases, and belts. And clean them to ensure they are free of dirt.
Polixresin HA series is high viscosity solution therefore when coating Polixresin HA series by coating blade (Squeegee), Polixresin HA series must be dilute in solvent (e.g. Ethyl-acetate, Acetone, MEK,Trichloroethylene,) with 1:1 and also coating be Screen, it must be dilute in solvent 1:2(solvent) ratio by weight.
How to coat :
The standard application amount is 150g to 200g/m2.
Apply thinly and repeatedly to the surface of the table or belt using a rubber squeegee or special application tool.
Dry :
After application, dry at room temperature for at least 30 minutes to evaporate the organic solvent.
