PPLYROL RC CONC is a printing auxiliary to be used for pigment printing.
It is applied for improvement of many troubles in pigment printing which are like unlevelness, down of rubbing fastness, hardening of softness and bad workability.

Addition of Polyrol to pigment paste improvers leveling effect and color-yield up effect in screen printing. - Improved screen permeability
- Viscosity improving effect
According to the viscosity improving effect of Polyrol RC conc sharpness, rubbing fastness and softness are improved.
【Instructions for use / Usage Precautions】
- When Polyrol RC conc is applied for color paste, Polyrol RC conc must be diluted 1:1 with water.
- Amount of diluted Polyrol RC conc to be added to printing color paste is 1 to 2% and must be agitated fully by mixer.
- When Polyrol RC conc is applied for Non-Mineral Sprit Reducer, Polyrol RC conc is diluted 1: 4 to 5 with water or hot water and agitated by mixer.
- After dilute and agitate, it must leave a day because bubble come to surface and to be stable the viscosity.
- Please test thoroughly before use.
