Table Adhesive

“NEWDINE” and “POLIXRESIN” are an adhesive for temporary setting fabrics used for printing factory in
TEXTILE DYEING industry.

[NEWDINE]

“NEWDINE” is a permanent Table Adhesive made of thermoplastic resin. After coating Newdine the solvent dries out and a resin film with a strong adhesive power will form. this film has repellent and chemical resistant characteristics. Also, “NEWDINE” is suitable for all textile screen printing systems and every kind of fabric.

Types of Newdine

“Newdine” is produced as two separate types, and each type having a set of varieties. Selection of correct type and variety will be determined by fabric to be printed, printing paste and printing system.

• T-series (General type)

• K-series (Anti-Kerosene type)

The most compatiable “Newdine” for the specific job is found by combining the different types in the coating of the table or blanket and also blending the varieties.

For example ; to mix “Newdine KH” with “Newdine GT”, or to coat K-series on T-series is not proper.

If the series is changed, all coated surface should be removed and new coating should done.

[POLIXRESIN]

“POLIXRESIN HA series” are a permanent Table Adhesive made of thermoplastic resin that has almost no adhesive strength at room temperature, but becomes adhesive when heated to 50℃ or higher.
Therefore, it is most suitable for automatic screen machines, rotary screen printing machines equipped with heating rollers.
The major features of POLIXRESIN HA series are excellent chemical resistance and solvent resistance, high film strength after application, less fuzz and dust adhesion, and a smooth adhesive surface.

Types of Polixresin

Polixresin HA series are produced as two types. Selection of correct type will be determined by thickness of fabric to be printed and temperature of surface of the printing table or blanket.

• HA-series

Polixresin HAseries can be mixed in any ratio. therefore, If you want to slightly lower the adhesion of HA-30, or slightly increase the adhesion of HA-60, you can adjust the adhesion by mixing HA-30 and HA-60.
